T/a Anthea Lettings complies with the data protection principles set out in the Data Protection Act 1998 in relation to personal data which you give to us via our website to the extent that the Act requires it to do so. These principles restrict the powers of a data controller to disclose to third parties personal data which it is processing.
We do not pass on any personal information you have given us to any other site. The system will record your email address, and other information if volunteered to us by you, for example on the online forms. This will be treated as proprietary and confidential.
The website contains links to other websites. This privacy policy applies only to our site. You should always be aware when you are moving to another site and read the privacy statements of any site which collects personal information.

By completing and submitting the maintenance request form to us, you accept our terms to provide the Service subject to these Conditions:
- You shall be responsible for ensuring the completeness and accuracy of the information which you provide on the maintenance request form.
- Subject to these Conditions, we shall provide to you the service based on a level of priority within our agreed limitations to you.
- We may assign or sub-contract the whole or any part of the work for completion to any other person, entity, firm or company.
- By submitting this form, you are agreeing to allow us or any person/s assigned by us, entry to your property to carry out essential and necessary repairs. We will in emergencies access your property without your prior consent within 24 hours.
- When deemed not urgent we will give 48 hours notice for us to access your property.
- Upon reporting a general maintenance problem, you, the tenant must be present at the accommodation in order for repairs to take place. We will endeavour to call to arrange an appointment; if we are unsuccessful after the 3rd attempt, we will class the entry as spam, and disregard it.
- We will require a signature from you, the tenant, upon completion of the works carried out.
